They're more like a little treat bar with nuts, oats, and dark chocolate both on the bottom and throughout. The size is good for a small treat or snack, but I would not consider these any sort of meal replacement.

I agree, I usually only add these things for filler items to get the 15% on my other S&S items.

Think of these as a "diet" candy bar, because that's essentially what they are. Half the sugar of a Snickers (still a lot), and about the same fat as a Snickers (although less saturated fat). Only 1g more protein, too.

I feel more satisfied.
Too many candy commercials, not enough healthier alternatives, though would like to see a smiggin increment in protein.

Bars are getting smaller and smaller. Standard is 40g. This is 33g.

It contains artificial trans fat. Diet or not, this is crap.

^exactly, 10g fat and over half of that is saturated fats, very low protein and somewhat high carbs.

This would be the perfect "anti"-diet bar.

I was going to say the same thing. This is a diet candy bar. If you aren't looking at this from the diet perspective and just want a sweet snack, good deal then.

I love these bars. Is there anything out there more healthy similar to this that is dark chocolate and almond without peanut ingredients? This is definitely a great tasting snack.

5 bars in the box, for others who struggled to find it.
