BB.com rating is ok, but reviews aren't that great. Anyone care to share on experiences with this stuff. Oh btw, still working and you don't have to buy 3.

Just a forewarning. This preworkout is not good. I have tried dozens of preworkouts over the years and the reviews are in check. The old assault formula was MUCH better. I would save your money and look elsewhere. That being said, it may work for some - I just recommend to stay away.

I've really enjoyed this one. I confirmed on the website that you don't need to buy 3 to get the deal. That being said your shipping doesn't go up from 1-3 items so $9.25 + $6.23 for one= $15.48

When did they change the formula? I've been using some for the past year or so and I've been pleased with it.

I love Assault, it doesn't get me jittery like some other pre-workouts, but still helps me get ready to work! In for 3!

Preworkout works differently per person per brand.

that being said assault is the best pre workout (FOR ME) I never get gittery and it seems to keep my energy level higher and longer without a peak or sudden drop off like C4 or a few others.

See I love the jittery feeling.. Like every muscle is ready to snap! Makes my workouts a hundred times better.

It really surprises me on how many people (sorry for picking on you) don't like the jitters. I honestly thought that's what preworkout is for Haha. Beta alanine ftw

No worries here takes a lot to hurt my feelings.

I Crossfit so my heart rate stays elevated for a much longer time then just doing the typical gym thing. So I personally shy away from that feeling for that reason when comparing to C4 i felt like my heart was going to rip out of my chest and wasn't a good feeling.

BUT I will say when I take a rest day and just lift Dead lift back squat C4 and such works really well.

Hope that clears up some questions as why it works better again for me personally

It seems everytime I buy a deal for a powder like this online, they come solid as a brick due to moisture. I avoid these online anymore, but it's definitely a decent price. I just prefer to be able to use the whole can and not toss it or worry about the hassle of refunds with companies.

I used to enjoy assault years ago until they changed the formula. Stopped working for me so I switched it up.. Great deal if the stuff works for you!
