In for one. per Camelcamelcamel, this is the lowest price ever. Most of my knives are Shun, but this gets pretty good reviews and you're not paying for a useless lifetime warranty.

I always wanted one of these .... It should keep most complaints in the kitchen to a minimum.

What do you guys mostly use this sort of knife for? 90% of my chopping is with a moderate sized santoku with occasional use of a paring knife or traditional chef's knife for things like watermelon.
