Amazon offered this app for free on June 25, 2015, and it was a FP deal. I would advise everyone check their Amazon account prior to purchasing because you may already have it.

works great for both my Foscam and D-Link cameras. when I'm at home it allows me to view the cameras using the private IP, and automatically switches to public when I'm away.

You do this from the app? Where is this setting?

I assume you have to be on wifi on your phone for private IP?

yeah all done through the app under camera settings I think it was. I'm guessing it checks the private IP first and if it can't reach anything it tries the public? not too sure. I do notice a brief period where the connection is offline when cold starting the app using public IP, which is when I'm guessing the app is trying to hit the private IP first.

i can vouch the app is great, but where is this setting you speak of?

please provide instructions on how i can reference it as one camera and have diff settings for when i am local vs remote....

Works great with my Amcrest cams even with T-mobile at both ends. PTZ and 2-way audio works good, on LAN or OpenVPN. Author added a feature (start on boot) within hours of requesting and emailed me a Beta Apk. Good stuff.
