THANK GOD J&J gave up their fight on the illegal UPP bullshit

i wonder if Walgreens has adjusted One day moist prices AND if the 30% can be used on top to really beat the ~$43/90 pack prices i am now seeing (vs the bullshit $72 fixed price before)

$66 for acuvue moist 90 day
-30%
=$46.20

which is a few dollars more than the lowest places on the internet, but shpping i assume is free and you get from reliable place + $10 off

only question is - what is costco's current price now that the UPP is lifted?

Thanks OP! Perfect timing!!! I was on my last pair of Acuvue Oasys lenses this worked out perfectly! I actually called 1-800-contacts who price matched Walgreens and actually beat the price by 2%. They also honored the visa checkout code for $10 off (even though I used amex), and gave me free expedited shipping so I'll get my lenses in two days. The total for my two year supply (4 boxes of 24) was $304!

gonna hold off. got about 3 months left which should get me through to the next FSA period (school calendar) and i used up all my FSA a long time ago this year, way underestimated!

so even if this deal is gone, ill save much more by using tax free dollars and ordering from somewhere else that will have em for like $46+shipping

This is a great deal. I shopped around earlier this month and the best I could do for Acuvue Oasys for Astigmatism was $41/box but with some cashback. A lot of these sites (Coastal contacts, 1800 Contacts) have coupons but they explicitly say they do not work on many Acuvue brands including Oasys. Coupon worked and I paid about $28/box after Visa Checkout and before cashback.

Also, free shipping and no tax in CA - which was weird but whatever.

Thanks much OP!

Last time I tried ordering through Walgreens, I listed my Dr's name from Sam's Club and my order was rejected. Assuming you need proper doctor authentication for all websites nowadays?

Did they really give up on UPP? When?

Edit: nice! Just happened this week

within the week or so

they sensed they were going to lose the legal battle and apparently gave up

i knew something was up when i got an email about a week ago from CVS saying "new lower prices" ....

at first there were no news articles and i think there still is only one article about it

but i did a search and started seeing that everyone had changed prices and 90 packs were about $46 instead of the fixed $72.50 they were before

too bad i just ordered more from costco, but at least they were giving 10% back as cash cards

Huh, just bought from costco the other day when walgreens only had 20% off.

Oasys with astigmatism was $30/box

w/ 8 boxes a total of $239. And however much my costco rebate gives me (2%+2% amex?)

Walgreens is $232 with the 30% off.
