Is black friday in September this year or something?

Also, I thought I was cheap until today. Waiting *7* months for the hope of saving $15 on a $35 dollar item is taking it to a whole new level. More likely is that they just stop selling 120GB drives before that happens, because they can't make money on them anymore.
You can literally tape it in place. Or use double sided tape. No moving parts, almost no heat in an SSD. Hell, I have one in my desktop dangling from the SATA cable. Use electrical tape or something...

I'm considering picking up the 120GB SSD to throw in my laptop. Unfortunately I don't have the proper brackets to hold one in place...

Does anyone know if it's safe to use cardboard or similar materials around an SSD? I think I would have to make my own padding for this thing if I got one.

Figures I would order 2 5TB blacks which are arriving tomorrow and 4tb drives go "on sale." Even if they are seagate and just had one of my 3 year old 3TB fail on me last week.

Good to know, I think that is a much better idea than filing my laptop with paper product. Thanks!
