Wish there were some details/reviews about the expected battery life of the main unit. Also, -4F is a lousy lower limit for an outdoor thermometer!

Depends on where you live. The last time it got that cold in San Diego, woolly mammoths were roaming.

You're right. And the battery longevity of remote sensor. And the lousy design... no pressure/humidity... I'll pass.
