Any comment on their experience with this CB? I want something for couch surfing and streaming, just curious if this could handle light use and video streaming (to chromecast).

Chrome is awesome as long as you have internet. it is all I use now, outside of what I use at work. so for surfing I say it's great.

Where do all these refurbs come from?
Was it CowBoom that used to "grade" these? A, B, C etc?
How does anyone know if they are getting a real lemon grade?
At least with BB you have a storefront to fight with.
Thanks
Google ChromeBook, by date, by price, and you will see many "grades"

Decent deal if ya want an inexpensive beast of a Chromebook. Some slickdealers were getting the better 4gb 1080 15 incher for under $150.00 a few months ago from Groupon. These just seem to large for a nice couch surfer.

Chromebooks are great. I have traveled/bakpacked several times, for months at a time, with a refurb 11" chromebook. Not once did I think the processor is too slow or it needed 4gig of RAM.

Jumped in my time machine and found the link for ya.Smilie My buddy grabbed two for him and his daughter and they both arrived in like new condition. Not sure if Groupon will ever have them again but it might be worth waiting if you're not in a hurry. If I remember correctly some kind of Ebate deal got them under $150.00 shipped.
