47 Ronin (Blu-ray + DVD + Digital HD with UltraViolet) [amazon.com]
Keanu Reeves stars in the action-adventure epic, 47 Ronin. After a treacherous warlord kills their master and banishes their kind, 47 leaderless samurai vow to seek vengeance and reclaim their honor. This band of ronin must seek help from Kai (Reeves)--an enslaved half-breed they once rejected--in their ultimate fight for redemption in a savage world of mythic and wondrous terrors. Kai becomes their most deadly weapon and the heroic inspiration for these outnumbered warriors to confront their enemy and seize eternity.

It's a good idea to give credit and buy from the actual store that creates the deals & not just the one that glomms onto the prices in an effort to put the other store out of business. It is going to be a painful wake up call for new movie deals if BB goes out of business for some of you considering they are generating about 60% of the Physical new movie price deals. Amazon has already dried to about 5-10% (closer to 5%) of the original non-glommed onto movie deals , that isnt going to get better w/ BB out of the way.

Dad...is that you?

How is a $5 blu ray (lowest price this has ever been) "garbage"?

What would you prefer to see? another $95 for $100 gift card at eBay? Or perhaps another Oneida clearance sale?
Solid action film for those who don't thing they are Roger Ebert expecting to see the next Citizen Kane.

Word, I love this movie. I was going to grab it at Best Buy last week, but was hoping for the $5 mark. Plus you can flip this and just keep the digital copy which is what I have been doing lately.

I agree, bought from Best Buy. I get free shipping at Best Buy atm anyways and I'm not so sad I need to get my movie in my hand in 2-3 days even though I won't be watching it for a while laugh out loud

Well, here's the deal: you go to dinner with your friend and you may leave a tip bigger than the price of this deal for a good movie and a pop corn filler that you may never watch :-)

I might if Best Buy's customer service was adequate. I usually can't get the product they are advertising so I go to Amazon and viola' it's on my door step in 2 days hassle free with no minimum. Merchandise spent magically disappear out of my cart like every other B&M with limited quantities so thanks but no thanks but BB plays its games and Amazon plays theirs. I go with the one that seems to want to give me the best service.

is BB having problems? or close to bankruptcy?
i haven't heard anything like that lately... but i don't follow this much.

here in NYC most BB employees really don't care... a few are nice.
i thought it was just NYC. most of the time they only seem to be interested in talking to each other about bitches and asses.

It's ok. The story is a bit lackluster, doesnt really explain a lot and they throw mythical elements in random spots.

It seems like it had a lot of potential. Movie wouldve been better if they focused on Keanu's characters background and his upbringing.

The 47 ronin storyline adds too many pointless characters with no time to develop. They just seem like fodder compared to Keanu and his story.

EDIT: Its on FX a bunch. Would recommend watching it there before buying.

FP reserved for paid advertisement garbage only. Kinda better this way IMO, helps me decide what not to buy.
