Nivea body wash is 2/$8 and that nice $3/2 coupon is good on Sunday only!

Lots of Qs out there for Listerine, Aveeno, Neutrogena

Kashi BOGO seems pretty good.

My ad's showing Orbit gum 2/$1.50 which is actually cheaper than this week's sale at $0.79. Also Chex cereal is a good deal at $1.99 and there's a $0.50 coupon on coupons .com.

I've been seeing on IG that the rewards program will allow points to roll starting Sunday. Typical of Wags, there seems to be a convoluted, knotted way of figuring out if it will or it won't. Has anyone here seen details?

I've read it....Gave me a headache.
Explains how if you use your points to pay and are suppose to be earning points which points will cancel each other out first and what you'll still earn after.
Regular people will screw this up. I'm so tired of having to manipulate my transactions this way. We'll figure it out but. ..whatever.

Reading that is not clear if the points spent will cover items without points earned first. So if I buy a $5 something with 5 rr back among items that give points back, and pay with 5,000 points will those points apply first to the item that has no pints back?

Why can't they use the RA points system as their example. It is not convoluted like this new endeavor. Wags really does not want to be customer friendly.

LMAO They can never make anything easy can they? Thanks for posting the details.

Seems like you can only roll points on buyXgetY but points will not roll on spendXgetY.
It seems like it would be best to do spendX offers separately. This is going to be a mess. They should have just let all types of offers roll. Most normal people won't have any idea how this works.

But RA has limits and you can't use earned points until the next day. My guess is wags will have to go in that direction. Imagine if the Garnier was 2 for $6 and get 2000 points when buy 2. With a $2/1 mq, one person could clear out the entire store by 8:15 AM Sunday morning. Get 100 Garnier for $300. Use $200 in mq and $100 in points and get $100 in points.

Then again, the 2nd coupon would beep.

Here is how I use points. I create a $XX basket of non points earning items and redeem $XX worth of points. So for me this new policy is no net change. I will still lose my few cents worth every day points, and that's it. woo hoo.

Significant points are few and far between these days. If a transaction is set to earn big points, then I suck it up and pay cash for it. Why would you do otherwise? Isn't that how everyone on this board uses points?

I think this new procedure was created to respond to all of these states who say that Wag has unfair/deceptive/confusing pricing practices. Of course, the guidelines posted above are even more confusing Big Grin

so fun.
Come on, throw a coupon, 15%F&F, and RR into the mix.

I want to see one of their employees trying to explain this to a customer.
Not like things usually work right at wags, anyway.

That's how I do it too.

I already need a calculator, smart phone, pen, graph paper, ruler, protractor, scissors, folder, abacus, and Tylenol when I shop at Wags. Now you're telling me I need to take a Math Major with me as well?

I'm gonna need a bigger purse. Annoyed

I find duct tape useful as well, you don't know how many times it has spared me from "it's because you used a coupon".

Not that I have done many points deals in what seems like forever but........... I tend just to avoid "spend X get X deals". Use an IVC and then some type of percent discount, and by the time you keep adding and subtracting, you need to buy 50 of the item instead of just 3! LMAO .... and then of course that is just assuming you didn't buy anything else in the transaction to throw off all of your previous numbers.
