Kohls.com has for their Cardholders: Aerobie AeroPress Coffee & Espresso Maker on sale for $19 when you apply the promo codes listed below. Shipping is free.

Previous FP deal for this was $14 since Kohls had a $10 off $25 at the time but for $19, its not too bad in my opinion. Been looking for one to take to graduate school and most aeropress type coffee makers on amazon are ~$30 (http://www.amazon.com/AeroPress-8...B000GXZ2GS)

Promo codes:
SAVER5 for $5 off $25
RAIN30 for 30% off
KCAPRIL for free Shipping

Another potential deal for those that want an immersion brewer is the Bonavita Immersion Dripper. With the same codes as above, it comes out to be $26.69. Not a big difference but it is still a bit cheaper than the $35 on amazon (http://www.amazon.com/Bonavita-Wi...Z0NH2P6QBB)

A cheaper alternative to the bonavita is the Clever Coffee Dripper which is essentially the same but in BPA plastic (doesn't retain heat as well) on amazon for $20. My parents have it at home and it works great: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B014JVOW...B00MFJX7P4

The Aeropress makes great coffee. I bought one for myself, have since bought two more for coffee loving friends. If I had a Kohl's card, I'd be tempted to get a couple more for future gifts.

It looks a little complicated at first, but it's easy to use, simple to clean up, and the coffee is smooth and rich - much better than any drip or pod machine I've ever tried.

Also better taste and easier to clean up than a French press - handy for a cup of Joe when camping/backpacking!

Is it better to buy a new one or replacement parts? If the thing isn't staying tight like it use to?

I've been using a Bodum french press and I agree that it is too annoying to clean. I'm super careful about not wanting too many coffee grounds in my sink due to fear of clogs. French press also require you to time how long your soaking the coffee for. This does allow a lot of control in terms of taste and strength but it just inconvenient when your waiting for 5 minutes every day on a timer. Added to the fact that those typical glass bodums break super easily. I'm a very careful person but accidents happen. They aren't particularly cheap either. Never messing with a french press again.

Does getting a Kohl's card require a hard check on your credit or just soft??

I was able to buy for $11.36 using the Discover Card $10 Kohls cash. Note, that Discover says it's $10 off $30 but it's really just $10 Kohls Cash.

Discover Card Holders log into your account at Discover
Go to Rewards Tab
Click Discover Deals
Enter Kohls in search field (Note: Do not choose "Kohls Online", choose "Kohls")
Find $10 off $30 offer and click "View Deal"
Note the barcode and 4 digit pin
