Nice set, I bought this 2 yrs ago from here and just exchanged them as one broke.
They gave me a whole new set just turning in the broken one.

Drives me nuts that they don't give you the cheap rubber washers with these.

You got lucky. First time I tried with just one, I had to bring the whole set for a replacement. Mine broke due to high water pressure, and probably from me dropping them on the ground while washing the car.

I like the set, but usually only use the bigger one. When it broke, I used the medium one, until it, too, broke, then I replaced Smilie

They have the washers in them already, though.

Good timing, I was using these just a few hours ago. While these are comfortable to use, the flow rate is so-so for me. I tried to blast off my patio with all 3 and I was not impressed. I then tried one I picked up from DG or FD a few years back. About one and a half times the flow rate. YMMV due to water pressure and hose. FWIW--I had these on the end of a 100ft Neverkink.

Maybe some rotten employee or customer stole them...I'd try taking them back and replacing with another set, as both sets I've gotten had'em. Good luck!

Are you just taking them back to Sears customer service if they are broken? I have a set of these and the middle sized one doesn't have a rubber washer either.

i just returned a hose...i couldn't get the 6 pattern off of the hose...so they just gave me a new hose a new 6 pattern nozzle...

i dont mind the quality..although i've almostly only used the 6 pattern...

i probably wouldn't buy it thinking that the craftsman warranty will protect me forever..

They may spin the craftsman business off. Wouldn't be suprised if it excluded prior to spin purchases

I got these last year and all 3 leaked from the beginning. I have a very expensive and fairly new hose, so I knew it had to be these nozzles. They were cheap enough I didn't bother taking them back. I bought a melnor and I love it. very sturdy and we'll made. The craftsman set will prob be out in the yard sale this year for a buck.

Last time I got them replaced, I went to one of the hometown stores 15 mins before closing, the guy was on the phone and just pointed where they were. I grabbed a set and was in and out in less than 5 mins.

You should be able to take it to any register near home n garden Smilie

Junk, not even worth it for free unless you enjoy going back to the store to exchange them all the time. Two of mine failed in less than a year of occasional use.
