I saw this deal before but didn't leap on it at the time.

Only 2Gb of ram is a deal killer at any price for an android device. Also, an OLED screen reduces its usable lifespan as well.

great tablet, I love it! with that said, I paid $180 almost a year ago. 32gb or bust, my only regret is going with 16gb.

Please point out a NEW tablet with 3GB ram FULL METAL body with QuadHD display and price is sub $200 range, that we can find in the market now.

This tablet only has 2GB ram, not 3 at this price point. And to answer your question, the Zenpad is $70 cheaper than this with the same specs (slightly lower clocked processor, but it's not going to matter with only 2gb ram). Plus the zenpad has a screen that isn't going to burn-in after a couple months of on-screen time like a crt tv at the bowling alley.

And full metal body is your personal preference, it has no bearing on price or functionality (actually makes it more difficult to replace the battery).

For further reference, the Zenpad 4GB 64GB model, yes that's 4GIGABYTES AND 64GIGABYTES OF FLASH, went on sale for this exact same price ($250) back in December. This Dell sale is 4 months later and for half the specs.

Doesn't stream HBO Go. Had issues with NBA league pass. Ended up returning it and getting an iPad. Don't waste your money on any tablet with an Intel chip.

Dell did offer to knock off $50 if I kept it.

I have this tablet, got it for $115 from Cowboom. Anyways, to be honest, it sucks, it starts to slow down and lag alot and the bezels are so thin that it starts to become a real problem to use. Once I got the ipad mini 4, I pretty much stopped using this tablet.

And I was looking forward to watching GoT on a OLED screen. So disappointing. OTOH I was so impressed with the iPad mini 4 I bought an extra.

I have no trouble streaming HBO Go on mine, along with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu, fwiw.

Every single time a tablet is posted for around $200 someone has to comment and say something about the 2GB of ram. You aren't going to find a decent brand tablet with more ram brand new.

I bought this tablet during the last deal and I hated it. I had to return it and get a refund. I bought it so I could watch movies, but it would constantly not detect my SD card. When I tried watching a movie, it would work at first and then it would just stop. The community is so small for this tablet that if you have problems, it's not that easy to find a solution.

It's funny that 2GB of RAM to run Vista was crazy but 3GB to run Android is "necessary"
