Be sure to use the drop down menu to select the mount of your choice. * Sony mount does not include VC (Vibration Compensation), since Sony digital SLR bodies include it built-in. The 150-600mm telephoto range is great for long range shot (particularly nature, wildlife and sporting events) - Discombobulated

The lowest I have seen for this lens for a US version. No hassle of any rebates or other promo.

Excellent deal from authorized nikon deal with 6 years official warranty.

I have changed my mind on this lens. After reading countless (more) reviews of this lens, the two Sigmas, the Nikon 200-500, and given this occasionally-available price level for this one, this will be the next lens in my collection. Unfortunately I've blown through my lens budget for this year by buying two other Tamron lenses (both amazing lenses and solidify the Tamron brand in my mind.. the 24-70/2.8 and 15-30/2.8). Maybe you can tell but my lens budget depends on my tax refund... Stick Out Tongue

Wow. My second handbsigma 150-600 contemporary just came in the mail today. I would have bought this new tamron instantly if it was available last week before I bought my sigma.

sigma is a better lens; tamron focusing is not so hot.

I'll trade you this new Tamron lens for the Sigma.

Tamron 150-600 VC vs Sigma 150-600 C

Which one is better? I use Canon 70D

I had two... I like Tammy better... and since I am almost always at the long end, I gave them up and got Canon 400mm 5.6 L... even cropped more you still get better results and it is lighter. Only disadvantage it no zoom flexibility

It's a toss... I tend to like my Tammy better. Also 70D shooter. I had both for about a year.

I purchased this back in early 2015 and only recently had the opportunity to really use it at my son's track meets and I must say that I am getting more and more impressed by the performance of this lens. Focuses fast even on my APC Nikon D7000 and the pictures are plenty sharp in decent light. The image stabilization works great as I shoot all my pictures hand held. Sure the Nikon 200-500 may be a tad sharper but at this price (and even at full price) this lens is a great value IMHO.
