Walmart has CAP Barbell Cast Iron Hex Dumbbells for more than half the list price right now. [walmart.com] I picked up a pair of 40 lb dumbbells in store and the price was the same. There is no promo code required. I do not see a date that shows how long this offer is good for.

The following sizes are available:

10 lb - $7.48 (originally $18.99)
15 lb - $11.48 (originally $29.99)
20 lb - $14.96 (originally $35.99)
25 lb - $18.01 (originally $39.99)
30 lb - $23.97 (originally $49.99)
35 lb - $27.97 (originally $55.99)
40 lb - $29.97 (originally $65.99)

Happy lifting! worship

Nice.... free shipping at $50. Sorry UPS Man!
Do you even lift, bro?
You only have one shoulder blade on each side and that is a bone not a muscle and is actually the called the scapula. It's your posterior, anterior and lateral DELTOID muscle that you train.

Also overhead pressed don't work all three the same way you can work them individually with front and side raises. Same with standing versus bent over tricep extensions. I know what I am doing man just let me buy the damn Dumbbells.

Seems like a good deal, going to get a 15 and 20 lb for $26.44. The lightest my shitty student housing gym has are 25's. Makes it impossible for me to do a lot of shoulder exercises.

I bought a pair of 50lbs from Amazon when it was $37 each. The boxes they came in were completely destroyed. Boxes I crush to put out to recycle are in better shape. The boxes were in pieces and the dumbbells plainly visible. Though there's no visible damage on the dumbbells, to this day I worry one day they'll break and fall onto my head or toes.

I have a pair of similar cast iron 10's that broke and fell onto my son's face. None of them were ever thrown around. I have a complete rack 10-70lbs in 5 pound increment, all cast iron. I've been paranoid about them ever since. Not sure I'll buy these things from mail order now..

Pretty good deal but their normal price is inflated; these are standard $1/pound at Dick's and elsewhere. So 35 lb dumbbell would normally be $35, certainly not $56.

depending on your gender, weight and actual physical condition 25s are pretty good for overhead press.

I'm not talking about overhead press, I can do more than 25lb Dumbbells on shoulder presses. I am talking more about exercises like front and lateral delt raises where you need lighter weight or bent over triceps extension for that matter.
