Look on here for the model number and know that you MUST upgrade the firmware for this to be even usable for gaming. With the firmware update, it works GREAT as a TV. I don't game, so I can't speak for performance gaming (though others have said good things about it, again after the firmware update).

I got the TV for $200 and it's well worth it. Whether the xbone bundle is worth $289 is for y'all to discuss/argue/debate -- I simply don't know.

I bought this tv for 200 bucks and I think I should let people know what to expect. While i've been reading the overclock thread about this model reviews have been mixed. I can confirm though that the input is absolutely terrible without the firmware update applied so you can enable pc mode and turn memc off. With those 2 things taken care of I find the input not to be too bad at all. As a computer monitor I find it to be not too shabby.

Can I use it as a casual game pc monitor?

I see lots of people saying the screen isn't great for pc gaming, but I already have a really nice monitor for that. What I want is the game system and a tv to play it on in my bedroom where I can also watch movies and such. How does the TV perform in that aspect?

If you have a game system you don't really have to worry it should be good

I notice that some people have questions about the gaming part so I'm not sure is this is really helpful or not but, I Currently have a Xbox One, and I can't really use my Tv, my tv is a 1080p with a 120 refresh rate. when I game on my tv I notice a slight tv lag and it just pisses me off, even when I have my tv in 'game mode' with the 120 Refresh rate off.. to fix that I use to use a lower tv with just 720p it worked great. Now Im using a Gaming Computer monitor that has a HDMI input and it works perfect. With a 4000k tv.. i would imagine that you'll experience the same problem but not 100% sure if you'll experience the same problem but nonetheless it will be great to have the tv, especially when the xbox bundle right now is 299.00 Till the end of the month.
