Any thoughts on this one? I'm looking for active noise cancelling headphones (primarily for when flying) and this is roughly in my price range, but I'm afraid of getting burned.

These are $120 on Amazon for the refurbished models.

I've found the battery life while utilizing the noise cancellation to be far more than I would ever need; they advertise 40 hours but I'm pretty sure it's longer.

Tanga sucks, they sell some dirty returbs. Won't be like new, more like flea market used equipment.

I would skip this if you're a flier. This is terrific for looks but you'll be peeling this off you're head after 40 mins because of the pressure and discomfort

Disagreed. These come with 2 sets of headbands and you probably need to install the larger one!

I like these, but I am not that impressed with the noise cancelling. The headphones do not do any passive noise isolation to cut out sharp sounds (talking announcements, etc). But the active noise cancellation does a good job of drowning out constant noises (engine, AC, etc).

For $140, this is probably a good deal. But I prefer the Bose because they do a better job of passive.
