CVS Advisor Panel Surveys

Thanks Ryder! Sorry for cross-posting but I couldn't find this thread initially.

I just got a survey for $10 ecb, you answer a few questions to see if you qualify and then the survey link will be sent on Sunday. Unfortunately I didn't qualify, they said they were looking for people who had shopped at both CVS and Walgreens within the past 90 days. Hopefully that info helps you qualify!

Got one survey about medication today. Apparently I wasn't qualified and only got $2 instead of $10. Oh well.. it's better than nothing

I hadn't received a survey in over a year, so I stopped checking that email every week. I received one 2 weeks ago, but of course it's over now. The last one I did was Feb 2011, I believe, so make sure to check your emails.

I've gotten 2 $10 surveys done this week.

Haven't had a survey in 8 mths.

Got a survey finally! But now I have a problem. I have two cvs cards and signed up and waited forever for these surveys. Now I do not know which card is tied up with this survey. Any help please....

Do you know which email address you used for each card? You could figure it out that way.

But the ECB you get is (or they used to be...I assume it's still the same) a 13 digit code, meaning you can use it on any card. If that's still true, it doesn't really matter which card you use it on!

Mine have all been 13-digit Q's which can be used with any card. But lately they have DH's name on them. (His card is the only one that gets the surveys anymore.)

Just curious...I signed up for this 18 months ago and have completely forgotten about it until today...why? Because I had never once recieved a survey! What gives? I am a pretty average-joe, middle income white girl so maybe that is why...?!? How many surveys/year are you guys/gals getting?

I too signed up a while ago but never got any invites for surveys and honestly I'm not sure if I ever completed the sign up process. I got a welcome email that contained a link to "complete the sign up process", but when I click on it and enter my password, all it does is take me to the main CVS Advisor Panel Survey page (https://www.cvsadvisor.com/home_gray.aspx) with no definitive link to "complete" the sign up process. The very top of the page says "Are you a CVS Advisor Member, and is this your first visit to the new CVS Advisor site? CLICK HERE". But when you click on that Click here, all it does is take you to the update your password page and wants you to put in your email. If you do, it emails you your password and that's it.

I am very confused.

I just did this one as well! Only DH gets the surveys now. I haven't received an invite for my card in ages.

I got an survey email without mentioning about ECB. Two months ago I got a similar one, didn't say to give ECB. I used 15 minute to finish it, and got nothing. I don't want to wasting my time now.
