That's a sharp looking watch...

It's a nice watch (a bit large for some at 45mm) but that's the best price I've seen. The only weak point of this model is the strap which is really cheap looking leather.

Anyone have any experience with the seller? Are they reputable?

$800 for an automatic chrono is a steal!

tried to buy a watch from them and will never deal w/them again. Horrible service if there is even the slightest hiccup. They blame the buyer for their problems, refuse to refund money, promise delivery dates then act surprised when an item doesn't show up on time when they didn't even ship it in the first place.

If you get what you pay for, great, but I'll never even consider buying from them again.

I've purchased from Jomashop before. Spent about $1400 on a watch. Everything was fine. Catch is you don't get manufacturer warranty. BUT, they give you a 3 year warranty and make the repairs. I had to send in my watch once, it was after the 3 years, and the repairs (after checking myself at three different watch stores) would have cost me about $400-$600. Automatics are expensive to repair. Anyway, they fixed the watch for me even though it was *just* outside warranty. When I got it back, one of the hands was off. I sent it back, they fixed it and haven't had a problem since.

Yikes! That's not good. I understand that they are grey market and the manufacturer will not honor any warranties. My biggest fear is that the watch I get will be refurbed and not new as advertised. Or that the watch breaks down within 4 years. After 4 years I'd probably get it serviced by an independent watch repair shop.

As I said, if you get what you pay for, great, but with the crap they pulled w/my wife, and refusing to refund our cash, I'll not deal w/them.

We eventually got our money back, but only after we filed a claim w/our credit card company. Once they saw the claim, the did give the refund.

Check out their facebook page. last i checked it was mostly complaints. Of course, if people get what they pay for, there is little need to go public, but I am certainly not the only victim of their crap.

Yup, pretty much had the same experience from them. Bought a watch for a friend who came from overseas to visit. Paid for expedited shipping so watch can get here before my friend leaves on his flight. Watch came a week late and I ended up having to get my friend a different gift. They weren't even sorry. I filed complaint with BBB for this business as they don't care about their customers. Never deal with them again, no matter how big the discount.

I've purchased 3 expensive watches from them.. Great service and fast shipping. Remember, there isn't a manufacturer warranty. They offer their own 2 year warranty. No experience with repairs or returns, but I'll seen positive replies on posts here on SD.
