Much of law school exams are a mad dash to type as much as possible...

And my 2011 MacBook Pro keyboard is simply not up to task any more. The keyboard isn't too bad (and the trackpad is fantastic), but the keys feel a bit mushy much of the time. And these exams are just too important for me to get slowed down.

So I'm looking for a cheap laptop with a fantastic keyboard. Performance has to simply be good enough to run ExamSoft without lagging, but other than that I'm not too worried. Size, thickness, resolution don't matter much to me (though higher resolution would be nice). Screen size is actually quite important, so I can't imagine myself able to go lower than my current 15.6" MacBook and be able to have enough on the screen at once. Bigger would probably be better.

Refurbished is probably fine too.

Any suggestions? I need to order ASAP to get the computer in time. I was looking at a ThinkPad, but I don't know much about the different models.

I saw this from Amazon:

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Edit: External keyboards are not allowed by the way
