For those having doubts, attached is a picture of a two year old Intel 520 (power on hours are close to ~2 years, there is strange reporting going on with those).
I've added a picture of an Intel 320 as well, for reference

And your lack of education is going to cost you in the long run. Intel does not make any of the parts inside this SSD. Also it uses an obsolete SandForce controller from 4 years ago.

The NAND chip is Intel 20nm MLC. Either ignorance or being a troll

5 years warranty will back up any type of controller.

I got one in December when they were briefly $59.99. Works well. If I needed a 240gb SSD right now I'd probably get this at $69.99 over the marginally faster PNY CS1311 that's $59.99 at Amazon and Best Buy for the Intel name and warranty.
