Just a heads up, the mouse scroll wheel is the absolute worst I've ever encountered. It willl usually fail within a couple months of light use. The rest of the mouse is fine and the keyboard is great for the price. It's just that scroll wheel.

For the price, this keyboard is alright if you're just looking for a keyboard that lights up. Not a terribly noisy keyboard and it feels alright to use.

Unfortunately, you can barely see the keys when the lights are off. (which is toggled by the scroll lock I believe, which I'm not a fan of)

Also, the mouse is trash. Mine had problems with double clicking and the scroll wheel being unresponsive.

Love this as a budget lighted keyboard. Keys feel great. Had a few for home, work, spouse, etc. I sell the mouse to bring down the keyboard price, and so far all the rebates have been reliable. There's a YouTube video on how to mod it for always-on lights, bypassing the scroll lock key.

Wonder how this keyboard compares to this [newegg.com] one? Don't care about the garbage mouse.

Keyboard is great! Don't get blue, you can't see it as well as red (blue spectrum light in general messes with your eyes). Mouse is okay.

Keyboard is really good. The keys feels mechanical but it's obviously not. Never used the mouse as it's too flat for my hands.

I ordered the Tt - $5 more, another known name and they seem to be responsive to customer problems. No rebate to mess with or wait for. Multiple color choices in one keyboard; better offer IMO.

You're absolutely correct about blue light and vision. I have vision problems and sleep disturbance as it is, and blue LED's have become very irritating & annoying to the point of distraction. I have to turn my Edge 6+ upside down in my shirt pocket because of blinking blue notification LED.
You would think that with all the knowledge there is about blue light affecting vision, as well as causing sleep disturbances in the case of blue light emitted by monitors, that electronics manufacturers would give thought to getting away from using this color LED.

Can anybody comment on stiffness of this membrane keyboard keys - are they "soft" to press (on the Red side), or more stiff (in lines of Black and Green switches)?

How much "tactile" or "linear" this kb feels?

Thinking to order the Green Devastator one, but cannot stand hard to press keys in other kbs, thanks!
