This is high quality stuff, it's kills everything, my dog licked some up one time and it put him in a comma for 3 days...so I guess it doesn't kill everything, but close
cypermethrin is no safer around pets than Bifenthrin it all depends on the idiot users

this is good stuff, if you want something that kills but is safer around pets go for cypermethrin (I use Demon WP), safe around my dogs, kills everything overnight, you spray and you will wake up to dead bugs everywhere

I usually shell out a little extra for the 25% concentrate.

I find that people over measure pesticides in the first place so higher concentrates can be very dangerous for kids and pets
not to mention the average home owner would take 15 years to use a 25% concentrate 32oz bottle and the shelf life is 2-5 years

Anyone know how this compares to Tengard? Just ordered some 2 days ago, so I can return and replace if needed.

Yes and most people see 1oz to 5 gallons or what ever the mixture is and go ahead and put in 2oz just because it must be better

Do you know if either is better for Black Widows? Ive seen a bunch around the yard, garage, and roof, so want to make sure they don't make it into the house.

Bifenthrin would be better be sure to spray at least 3 feet up the walls and about 10 feet in the surrounding yard area and hitting the eaves would be a great idea but be sure and wear a mask
