HELP - moving to the southwest and need to switch phone/data plans - what do you use?

I've lived forever in a small town in the Midwest that had basically one option for cell service, so while I've read the deals on iPhones and picked up a little here and there in those discussions regarding RingPlus, Boost and T-Mobile, etc, I am overwhelmed in understanding what my options are or more to the point, what slickdealers use for their DATA and calling plan now that I'm moving to the Phoenix area.
  • I currently use about 5GB per month but that's because I live in aforementioned middle of nowhere/no choices/no wifi outside of home.
  • I don't share my cell/data plan with anyone
  • I have an iPhone 6s unlocked on AT&T network and an iPhone 5c unlocked on USCellular network.
  • I don't mind having to work for a deal or getting another phone for a different network. Would do prepaid if that's best as well.
  • I would like to stick to Apple and not Android
That being said, what do you recommend? What do you use? Consumer Reports says Consumer Cellular but I realized I don't know enough about any of it to make a sound decision even after searching SD and Howard forums. look around

Thanks everyone for your insight Flowers2
