If you want a good, inexpensive articulating mount, I recommend this one: http://www.amazon.com/Mounting-Dr...irect=true

It comes preassembled unlike some of the other amazon ones in the same price range.

I bought this a couple months ago for my 50" TV, and it would NOT fit, so I returned it just a word of advice. The holes on the Mount were not spaced far enough for my TV.

doesn't look near as good as VideoSecu or Cheetah on amazon. I'd pay extra $10 as insurance your TV doesn't break. I even have one spare in box from last sale.

not as "full motion" as a real mount http://www.amazon.com/VideoSecu-M...60796_1_1?

VESA sizing issue it sounds more then the product.

Either the product is slightly off, or your TV sizing is slightly off. I also seen some screwed up metrics like 80mm x 80mm.

"VESA mounting standard holes: 75mm x 75mm, 100mm x 100mm, 100mm x 200mm, 200mm x 200mm"

Bought VideoSecu from Amazon yesterday only. I am thinking to return it and get this Walmart one for my 32" tv.

there really is no comparison. The amazon are true fully articulating arms, this walmart item isn't in my book. I have two vizio 50" and the range of motion is great in all directions, including closer to couch for better 4K .
