Laser Printer recommendation for small office

I'm opening a second office for my business, and I need to get a dependable printer, fax, copier. In our current office we lease one, but I'm not really happy with that setup so I'm looking to buy.

We print around 3,000 to 5,000 BW, and 500-800 color per month. I found Staples has the HP M477fnw Color LaserJet Pro on sale for $330. Reviews look good but I know toner is expensive. Is this the best option or are there other machines that I should be looking at? I need to balance price of machine and toner with dependability and ease of use. Thanks for any advice.

If you buy anything HP, treat it as disposable. I have had two HP laser printers and a very high end scanner die after minimal use and HP is completely indifferent.

The copier techs I talk to say Ricoh is the most rugged copier. Take a look at their printers.
