Anybody know the Country of Origin of this?

I'm guessing this isn't made by Ullman Devices like the other Craftsman pick-up tools, inspection mirrors, magnetic tools, or inspection lights.

Anybody know the OE manufacturer for this? If it was Ullman Devices, I'd jump on this, but not sure if this is a cheap gimmicky China tool or a serious tool.

Reviews say it is made by Dorcy which is based out of Columbus, Ohio.
