Looks like a good price. It has 2GB AMD Radeon R7 M360 graphics card and a backlit keyboard as well.

$44 back in eBay bucks for people who got that offer.

well i guess the dedicate GPU is not as good as integrated ones.
seems a waste of power and weight

There's no offer. The last one was on 27th.

Just a note that the graphics card can only handle pre-2015 games and many of those will only run on low or medium quality at 1024x768 resolution.

The processor is great though.

This seems real good, I'm in the market for something like this for Photoshop work on the go. I must be missing something, could someone pipe in and give me some more cons. Thanks!

Really good deal for the money here.

I am trying to compare it to the current intel 520 integrated graphics in most laptops with this one but can't seem to find a good source.

Found 3 reviews that all mention the track pad isn't very good. (but at a higher pricepoint )

It's probably a bit worse than a 520. This comparison [notebookcheck.net] has it similar to the Iris Pro 5200, which is not quite as good [game-debate.com] as the 520. At best it'd be similar in performance, although the dedicated memory helps in some instances. The graphics card would be good for photo and lighter video editing.

Seems odd. Will need to get SSD in this thing. Who puts an HDD in laptops anymore?

Build quality will be mediocre but similar to other $500 laptops. The screen is IPS but has limited color accuracy (not terrible for the price range but it's not good enough for prosumer or pro level work). Battery life will be <4 hours.

That review is for the R7 360 (a desktop card), not for the R7 M360 (laptop).

I have an Ideadpad u530 and the hinges popped through the screen right after the warranty expired. Not sure if Lenovo is still screwing metal screws into plastic parts that will always break. I do like the computer though.
