Warning!
PC Treasures LLC (the code-issuing company) said the VUDU codes from Buydig are fraudulent. I called Buydig, they refused to talk to me about it and hung up on me.
I can't believe a company this size is selling fraudulent items.

Let's all post this on twitter and facebook. Buydig needs to come out with a solution.

I am posting this to Wiki on all VUDU bundle deals. I feel this is needed as all of us who bought the items are in trouble right now. Mods, if this violates any rules please take appropriate actions. We need to warn everyone.

I mean it's up to you if you want to carry a large 3.5" desktop drive that requires an external power adapter. If you don't think the much reduced size, weight, and being USB bus powered is worth it then by all means continue to buy 3.5" drives and carry them around.

info was a year ago, but do 3TB drives still suffer higher failure rates than larger capacity drives?

Trying to buy this, but it won't allow me to add to cart or checkout with paypal. Browser does not move when I click add to cart.

capacity shouldn't make a difference. and, WD tends to be most reliable. speed on these should be good too, probably like 110 to 118MBps

Those are 3TB Seagate 3.5" drives.

These are 3TB WD 2.5" drives.

They have nothing in common, except both storing 3TB.
