I thought Battlefield Hardline was on there for a while... is it the Premium that's new?

Thanks for this. I played this game for the first time the other day and kept getting killed because I was a level 1 now I can have some decent weapons and play over the weekend.

So essentially you can get hardline premium (game and all dlcs) to keep forever for $5 then you cancel you ea access subscription before the 1st month is up?

Edit: Or does it mean hardline premium is only available to ea access for a limited time?

Also from the link.

I've been playing Battlefield 3 online for way over a year. I don't think I can bring myself to go for any of these deals. I especially don't want to pad EA's pockets with $5.00 EVERY month. But that's just me.

I visited the actual Newegg customer pickup center (and showroom) in the City of Industry, about an hour East of downtown LA. The place is amazing and so is the Tech Support available all day. Everything there to touch and feel!! The point I was trying to get out is that the tech there told me about the game Insurgency, which I'd never heard of. Check it out!

No commercials intended for any of the above Smilie, but I think the current games have reached a temporary plateau. I'm going to keep playing BF3 for a while....and maybe try the mostly free Insurgency.

For battlefield 4 that won't happen. You'll get some accessories for your weapons from all the battle packs from premium, but that's it. You'll still need to get out there and kill (and be killed). However, a lot of unlocks are tied to points, so fire up boosters, and if you're in a squad that the leader is giving orders in, follow them for extra points. Also drop med kits, ammo packs, and sit on conquest points till they capture. When you do find yourself squad leader, try to give orders and hopefully your squad will follow. Otherwise do your best and hope for being on the winning side so you get points that way as well.

Do note that the point unlocks are mainly gadgets for the loadouts. Unlocking new weapons take completing assignments, which almost always involve getting kills as well as getting kills with each weapon/weapon type. However do the campaign, there are 5(mission 7 has 3 ways to beat it and i assume replaying will unlock the other two) multiplayer unlocks available and difficulty won't matter.

Won't argue with not wanting to line EA's pocket, but 12 months EA Access seems to go on sale every now and then for around $20-25.

Edit: Opps sorry missed that I was making a double post by mistake.

Ah yeah Hardline i don't have much experience on. I played the first mission and one multiplayer map and decided i liked BF4 more and began playing it more. With the free hardline premium i might have to try it out.

From what i hear it seems Hardline is not as popular and would explain the dead servers. I'm just glad BF4 has good populations still. With Hardline premium free, hopefully their servers will pickup temporarily.

Can anyone confirm that BF hardline premium is free to keep? Also, does that mean just the game + premium or premium only? I need to know because I'm considering buying hardline on sale and then buying one month of ea access just to get hardline premium for free.

Are Battlefield 4 Premium and Battlefield Hardline Premium both in The Vault?

Battlefield 4 Premium is in The Vault and is yours to play so long as you're a member. Battlefield Hardline Premium, however, is a free* gift for our members. Just a little special something from us to you. There's never been a better time to play Battlefield!

What's included in Battlefield Hardline Premium?

? All four expansion packs
? Four Super Features
? 12 Gold Battlepacks
? Exclusive customization items
? Access to other Premium-only perks
? VIP access in server queues
So it seem you get to keep Battlefield Hardline Premium (the add-ons).
