.50 off any Think Thin bar IN THE WHOLE TIME IVE HAD THIS COUPON THE ITEM HAS NEVER GONE ON SALE... AND THEY COST LIKE $2.50 EACH These were 1.69 at the store, not on sale though! : )

.50 off Clif Nectar organic fruit and nut bar(1/31/09) VERY STEAMY HOT COUPON These were 1.29 at the store. Would be awesome doubled someplace else, as you point out.

$1.00 off Kashi Granola Cereal LOOK AT HENRYS DEAL FOR CEREAL THIS WEEK AND YOU'LL GET IT FOR $1 AC This was 4.99, but as you point out, better deals if you use coupon elsewhere, IIRC, Shaw's and Walmart Supercenters carry this as well. IMO, the best flavor is "Cocoa Beach"

$1.00 off FruitaBu Pantry Pack item LETS JUST SAY THE PREVIOUS TIME I BOUGHT THIS YOU CAN DO A LOT BETTER IF YOU BUY A DEHYDRATOR AND MAKE YOUR OWN FRUIT ROLL UPS AND GET SOMETHING BETTER TASTING. These were 4.99, sounds like a pass.

I tried the Honey tonight, much better than the blueberry. It does have a strong yogurt flavor to it, but there is a small pool of organic honey at the bottom , it is a pretty intense flavor experience, anyway, well worth the .34 on sale with the coupon. Avoid the blueberry though.

4) Whoopie pies are highly recommended at 2.79 for a 4 pack.

The MS $2 Wellness brand coupon for dog or cat staff applies for their canned food. The doggie ones in a can are $1.79 in NorCal (didn't check for kitties).

it's frustrating not to know what's on sale at Whole Foods

the Greek yogurt is delicious. I eat it every morning. I use the plain, and add my own fruit and a little cereal or granola.

Yeah I get what you mean about not associating Whole Foods and Slickdeals together haha..my brother calls it "Whole Paycheck" since his wife likes to shop there a lot. I'll have to pass this info along to him Thanks.

Too bad it's not goat's milk yogurt. I'd love to find a cheap goat's milk yogurt=more digestible than cow's milk yogurt.

p.s. to OP - repped, but disagree on your comment that Steaz too expensive. Can't find any other diet soda that has stevia as a sweetener.

Wow...really? I'm in NorCal, my hometown store has a habit of making the books available for about one week. Then, they are hidden and doled out or who knows what throughout the season. Since I'm accustomed to this poor tactic, I scoop when they are first out. But this time, perhaps it's the lawsuit, becasue they are GONE!


BTW - I've used the Wellness coupons, but again...my local WF has nearly emptied the shelves and NOT reordered the canned dog food. I think I'm the only one who has made purchases these past few weeks. I'm looking forward to checking out other WF to find out more.

Not sure if the cupons would be exactly the same, but you can have mambosprouts mail you coupons from mambosprouts.com . The website also has printable coupons for the organic and health foods they promote. I love the site.

Thanks for that info! I am unlucky: "Your are NOT in on of our (FREE) mailing regions."

Also, there printables won't be back and running until Fall. I can't wait!
