A creepy little guy to float in your tea, made from Chinese silicone. Na, nothing could go wrong here. I gave it a strong neutral vote.

But, it has okay reviews. My fav are: " Fred Spews Tea Contents"
and the one-star one with photo that says, "Don't buy". http://www.amazon.com/gp/customer...B008XCZ25K
I have yet to figured out what is going on there at all, but most people found it 'helpful.'

Anyway, remove pants and fill with tea........way to go Fred.

Also many "Rollex" or "Moveado" watches with free shipping from China... does not mean that materials or QC are the same as the brand-name product. And for something that is used in food or drink preparation, I prefer for there to be an actual company with a US presence that can be held liable...

Origin Germany and we know they never skirt environmental laws or lie
And it looks like most of the stuff sold by Fred & Friends is made in china

While it's goofy and fun, I would not recommend these for tea. Soaking hot water in plastic/rubber is just asking a way to ruin your tea, maybe your health too. I used to have this "mana-tea", and it left out this odor to my green tea. Not recommended.

I bought this from Amazon and it's a terrible way to make tea. Because it's rubber, the top and bottom half don't always fit together well. It doesn't go very far into the cup, so you'll have to perhaps pour in more hot water than you wanted. And if it gets a little snug on your cup rim, it's not hard to pull it apart, leaving tea leaves in your tea. Definitely would not recommend this.

This really sucks for tea. His pants are hard to get off AND he tends to crap all over the place (tea leaves escape his private parts). Seriously, just buy the tried and true stainless basket type.
