Agreed. For that price point it should include integrated 12" subwoofer, integrated 3D printer, and screen needs to be at least 40" with G-Sync 0.5ms OLED.

question, if i have a 4k screen on my laptop and i change it down to 1080p will it affect the way it looks? or will it look like if it was native 1080p?

Would rather see a quad core processor at this size and price point... I would hold off for that reason...

From my understanding, no it will not look like it was native. While the remapping of the pixels makes sense mathematically, there are some things you may notice. Particularly around the edges of images. Each remapped pixel will look more like a "pixel" than it did before. Like, more distinct. But you may not even notice.

Bought this last week at BestBuy and they just refused to match the price because it was a percentage discount.

Currently sold out on HP, so I'm not sure what I will do. May return and wait for a price drop.

Without a dedicated graphics card, this laptop is going to be overworked displaying anything

That's like saying a Honda Accord is going to be overworked since it doesn't have a 500HP V8 in it. If you take it to the track, sure, but it'll do just fine in regular driving conditions. Just like if you try to game on this, then sure it'll struggle. But this isn't a gaming machine nor does it pretend to be. However, it'll handle any other video content (including 4K video) just fine. You can also do light gaming with it as long as you set the resolution to 720p or low-med settings in the game. At the bottom of this page you'll find a list of games & settings that will work with the Intel 520 GPU: http://www.notebookcheck.net/Inte...940.0.html

But again, nobody in their right mind would buy a laptop like this for gaming.
