No question: yes.

We baked a batch of muffins in ours (from the previous ebay deal for this) when we first got it, because, well, it came with a cupcake tin? =^,^=

They came out great!

We used our silicon liners so no clue how well the nonstick actually works, but it feels like it should do as well as any other decent nonstick/teflon/etc surface.

I'm planning on using it for some completely different applications, lol, like solder reflow, but we couldn't resist simply trying it out, it's super cute… and it heats to temperature incredibly fast. I mean, it has almost no air mass to heat, so of course it does, but it is definitely really, really fast. It also stays well sealed: be careful opening it if you bake in it, you can definitely steam burn yourself with how it's designed: wear an oven mitt.

I'm not entirely sure how practical this is if you already have a real oven, though, and you're intending to use it for cooking at home (vs in a camper/etc, assuming you can power it). Either a panini press or a toaster oven might be a better choice for at home, it's sort of an awkward size (don't expect to do "regular size" frozen pizza, etc) unless you absolutely don't have a real oven and need something for baking that won't turn out in a toaster oven.

But brownies, cupcakes, etc? definitely.

Sure, you can griddle burgers. It's not like a Foreman where the surface is sloped - comes with I believe three pans that are all flat. I own this & it more or less does everything it claims to. Baking on it works surprisingly well, probably my favorite feature.

Thats probably a scam, though it is weird that the seller has an account from 2004 with only 1 feedback.

Maybe they are cashing out on the accounts old age and will take the paypal money and run.
