I don't know why it won't find the image for the phone off the page or why the disclaimer only lists verizon device payment in the name and not the details. There are a number of news articles about this offer and nearly as many complaining that Walmart has not advertised this deal enough that even store associates know about it.
The verizon fine print is as follows:
Limited-time offer and available on Samsung and iPhone smartphones. Carriers, coverage and products may vary by store. See Walmart associate for $0 down and offer details. Verizon bill credit/savings offer: Offer valid on new eligible Samsung and iPhone activation or upgrade purchased via a Verizon device payment agreement. $50 Verizon bill credit applied w/in 2-3 billing cycles as "Walmart Value Offer." Remaining $100 for Samsung or $50 for iPhone is a reduction of the cash price (excluding tax) financed in Verizon device payment agreement.
