Got the cognac leather and light metal band. Looked absolutely new. It was kind of annoying having to go to Best Buy and stand around for an hour while my watch updated (dont know anyone with android phone)....but now that it's all updated, I'm super happy with my purchase. Having all these different watch faces to choose from is awesome.

got 2...ordered silver they sent me the black instead and came dirty as whoever wore it before never washed their wrists and was all scratched from the bottom of the watch. The other ones battery drained from 100% to 5% in 2 hours RMA'd both only positive side was the refund process was quick.

In what type of packaging does the watch come? I intend to give it as a gift but only if "presentable".

Thanks.

Mine came in great condition, and well packaged. My charger base and micro USB cable were in brand new, sealed packaging within the blue Motorola box. There is a very small minor blemish on the face, that I could probably polish out with a little effort. So minor, though, that I have not put in the effort. The leather band also appeared 100% brand new.

The first day I was concerned about the battery life, as it dropped from 90% to 30% in a few hours. So I bought a secondary charging station for work... This was likely unnecessary, as that battery drain was only due to the downloading of updates and updates themselves. Ever since, I still have ~55% battery left at night when I place the watch back on its charger.

And I really love the watch. To my surprise, it is lighter on my wrist than I am used to, usually wearing classic watches with metal bands. It is shockingly comfortable. I enjoy wearing this more than those $400+++ watches, even when I first bought them.

The only note I would have, is that their shipping department took longer than expected to ship the watch, maybe 5 or 6 days.

you need to update the watch entirely. there are two separate updates that need to be done. yesterday I had horrible battery. today im at 61% from 715 till 210 est.

Mine came in the same type of box as a new one but said factory recertified on the cylindrical box. mine came direct from moto on a swap for a defective 360 I had from the first week of release.

Can you check the android wear version you are on? I updated all the way up to version MEC23I and the watch still died in about 2 hours.

Thanks, same version here. The watch dies within 2 hours and also takes about 4 hours to fully charge. I'm sure that is not normal, I probably have a a bad battery. Well, time to send it back Frown

BUYER BEWARE: I bought previous deal 3 weeks ago. Item arrived quick but there were no extra links included and if you have big hands like me, you might have to ask Motorola for additional links which is even more time. I also don't know how refurbished these are but mine did not last a full day which is kind of pointless for a smart watch. The return is still ongoing waiting for my refund after 8 days, when they made me pay for shipping and they are charging a restocking fee.

Condition was good but battery life never improved. Seller sucks with returns so buyer beware.

Same experience as me. Came in great condition. I had battery concerns initially but after two giant updates I only use about half during the day.
