Can you post a link to which one this is? There are multiple versions of the charging pad.

It all probably depends on how close the charger coils are placed inside the charger. I have a urlhasbeenblocked quick Qi charger and when I use a case with my S7 that houses cards in the back, it charges slower due to the extended distance.

hit and miss...
in my experience though, if it's 2 or less, they aren't there. either stolen and never accounted for, or some scumbag employee has them hidden in the back.

I have this charging pad and it works great. I just have to make sure I position my Galaxy S6 properly on the pad, but the phone will make a noise when you do. It's so much better than futzing with micro USB stuff.

I bought this one: http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-EP-...ge_o01_s00

My Note 5 is currently sitting on it charging, while still in it's Otterbox dual layer case.

Horrible product. The 3rd party versions are much better. This one is almost impossible to align with the phone.
