Home Depot has the Philips Hue Iris on clearance for $25. Regular price is $100.

They show unavailable online. So it is a YMMV

Correct. Online shows them not sold in stores. YMMV. Some stores have them in-stock on the shelf, in stores for $25.

Just found out I need a Hue bridge to connect these to the smartthings hub. How much is the hub now?

All they had by me was the hue bloom (different sku). That was $59

Amazon the hub is still going for 60$. Doesn't seem like much of a secondary market.
