Thanks OP - I'll never understand people and their snide comments on here. I didn't see the other post so this was helpful to me, and the fact that you "missed" the AAA isn't exactly a fair statement. the other post (which I just looked up) mentioned AAA but its pretty easy to miss something like a different product size, color etc, when your store does not have it in stock and shows as full retail price. Any way.... as reported in the other post some packs are on sale for as low as $1.51. Checking now and hoping to score a pack or two.

Thank you OP!

I was able to snag a couple packs each (they werent $2.27 as mentioned but still plenty cheap enough). With two young children I go through batteries like crazy.

Is online price for my store the same price I will see when I walk in or are they marked down in the store and not reflected online? Because it shows $15.98 online for my store.

Picked up 1 pack of each (AA and AAA) the other day when it was posted they were $7.55 at my store (Atlanta) - still a good deal for us we go thru a lot of batteries.

it is YMMV on something like that but chances are your store already cleared their stock out, or hasn't started to do so yet. in my past experiences I wouldn't go to the store and check with the hopes that the online price was incorrect.
