Just a heads up, as I did this offer a number of months ago, you don't get real time inventory. This means that you order, wait a bit, and get an email telling you what they actually have. This is inconvenient on a regular order, but when you are doing this deal, it means you can get screwed out of part of your voucher.

For example, you order "$40 worth" of stuff, but then they email you and say they don't have two of your items that made up $13 of your order. Just like that, your $40 voucher for $15 becomes a $27 voucher for $15. Also, you are charged sales tax based on the fulfillment warehouse location, so if like me your order is fulfilled out of Chicago, you pay the highest sales tax in the country, 10.25%.

Agreed - faced the same issue. However, the chat CSR credited me with a $15 voucher (even though only lost out on ~$8 worth of stuff) so I could still order without the shipping fee on next order. I feel like they've been helpful when it comes to ordering issues, but yes, the tax is very annoying (also CHI).

Can I use this to buy Itunes giftcard from google express? Costco is part of the google express listing $100 gc for 94 bucks. so 94 - $40 voucher = 54 + $15 cost of the voucher total $69 plus tax for $100 itunes GC... so about 28% off.

Edit: It seems like I can't use the voucher?
"Promo codes can't be used on orders containing gift cards, alcohol items, or Costco membership."

anyone can verify that?

From my experience, it has been in the same price as in store for non sale items. (Sale items usually reflect online, but not always) Whether or not the store is competitively priced or not is a different story.
