I wont support purchase of HBO series any more. They have always been notorious about cancelling shows because production cost become more than the network is willing to spend per episode.

It happened with This show giving ROME only 2 seasons and cancelled it despite the Fan outcry.
Also happened Deadwood and the Wire and soon to be Game of Thrones. They already announced cutting season 6 and 7 short from the normal 10 episodes per season.
Seven episodes for Season 7
Six episodes for Season 8

Even though they ended True Blood with a finale... it was so rushed and under written made a mockery of the whole series and slapped all the fans right in the face.

Screw HBO

Don't get me wrong.. I'll rep for the find but...i'm not buying. Smilie
I drunkenly bought this off Amazon like 8 years ago. Watched it with the GF, had coitus. I think she still has it.

It was great just wish it lasted longer. The series, not the coitus.

They're not cutting GoT short for seasons ***7 and 8 because of budget. They're doing it because they're coming to the end of the story and also that the show runners are having a difficult time putting together 10 episodes in one year with the massive sets and teams they have to put together. Get your facts right.

Really hard to choose, both are among the best imo. If Rome got 4 seasons like Spartacus, i think it would have been a more complete story. Both are fantastic shows with incredible production value, acting, action, story. And both are graphic and uncensored.

based on what you like to report as FACTS i would only assume you are referring to the the internet news. Like everything on the internet is TRUE.

The reason why any studio / network decides to END a show is always and will always be about COST.

You sir can buy this bridge I have to sell if you want it.. I own it and that's a FACT.
