Use code: DOOM666

Game is releasing sometime tomorrow, so that is when the codes should be sent out.
I've pre-ordered many games from here, including Mad Max and Just Cause 3, got codes on launch day.

Good deal, but without Bethesda giving copies to reviewers, we really don't know what to expect. Could be another Rogue Warrior.

Or Evolve. My son had to have that game and pre-ordered it. He was done playing in a week because it was so bad. When companies won't let their game be reviewed before launch, it usually is not a great sign.

Hopefully Doom will be one of the very few exceptions, but it was in development for a very, very long time.

And companies wonder why there is piracy.

With the prices games these days are usually released at, this is certainly a good deal. However since we know next to nothing about the games quality we cant really know if its worth it. Ill stick to my usual and wait till is $4.99 for the GOTY version. Ha!

There is so much gameplay footage on Youtube - judge from there. Focus is on a 13 hr singleplayer campaign, make your own maps with SnapMap, and traditional multiplayer old school deathmatch. I preordered myself but for console but with the right rig Doom looks amazing.

As a former software pirate, I can tell you that you have no argument here. Grow up and pay for your hobby like a big boy.

There should never be a need to pay full price to preorder a game nowadays. Even greenmangaming has 25% off with voucher PRELOAD25 * and they are completely legit.

Maybe the publishers should grow up and stop releasing crap that they know is buggy and lacking necessary features? I'll pay for software once I know it works, gladly. But I've been bitten too many times to fork over the money without trying stuff first. There should be at least a 24-hour return period. Their DRM and online shenanigans effectively prevent you from playing a game if you can't connect to their servers anyway, so the idea of not allowing returns is antiquated. You wouldn't buy a used car without driving it, would you? Or maybe YOU do, butthat's YOUR problem.

I'll keep trying software and music before I buy, so I can afford to reward the good ones. If they ever figure out a way to completely prevent piracy a lot of us will actually buy LESS, since the risk of buying garbage would be too great to even consider most of the time.

And, BTW, they had a brief open beta a few weeks ago. I only played for a few minutes but I thought the graphics were stellar and the gameplay was good enough, so I'll be buying soon.
