Thank you very much OP. I was wondering when the next cruise offer was going to pop-up. In the past I have been able to use at least 3 of these to lower the price on a new cruise booking.

By the way, I only found the offer on my AMEX Everyday and Blue Cash Everyday credit cards. It was on every card of these type.

No. Some people on Cruise Critic have tried contacting AMEX CS to get it added. Most have been told no, one person was told yes but has yet to see it.

Then someone tried to convince me that offers do not "sell out" and that they never had it on their card, even though they apparently did not look while it was still available (this is based on what AMEX CS told them). I think it became NLA on or around last Monday 5/16.

I gather that you are confirming that you saw it available, somehow did not clip it and now don't see it anymore.

yes, I saw it for a few days on all 4 of my cards. I added it to three of my cards but I guess I somehow forgot to do it on my main card. I also must have seen the offer long after it became available because it disappeared quickly, maybe just a few days, after I first saw it. I guess having it on three cards is still worth something but for some reason $300 off seemed like the magic number to get me to book a cruise.

I have to make a $2000+ final payment on a cruise in the next couple of weeks and I managed to get the offer on enough cards to save a bundle. Someone there also said that they bought a drink package on the website and got the credit.

Like many people here, I consider myself somewhat of an expert on AMEX Offers thanks to all of the great deals they've had. It really infuriated me to have someone tell me that they knew better than me how it worked, and specifically that if youi were "solicited" for the offer, there was no such thing as it "selling out" and no longer being selectable. Anyone here who has done these knows that is exactly how it works!

Sadly, AMEX CS doesn't seem to know how they work.

thats pretty much exactly what 3 different CSR's told me at AMEX. I was hoping they could bend the rules a bit but it seems they dont even know the rules.

How many cards did you get the offer on?

10 Smilie. And I actually had 2 others that I didn't bother checking until the offer was gone that I'm sure would have had it since all of the other AU's on those cards did.

I think they've tightened up on allowing CS to add the offer. I remember over a year ago I was able to call and get a Staples offer added to a bunch of my cards but they don't do that anymore.
