Never heard of them. Are these Ryobi?

No they're GreenWorks brand. You used to be able to get them at Lowe's. Plenty of threads on their snow blowers and lawn mowers on here quite often, as well as their newer 80v line of tools. I personally own the 40v mower, string trimmer, hedge trimmer and blower vac. Decent products, and these are pretty good prices for them, but they've been cheaper.

Are you me? I recently got 40v mower, string trimmer and hedge trimmer. Was waiting for a blower vac deal with battery EEK!. I might get that in this deal.

Thanks OP!

How long will this battery run on the mower? I have a new mower I bought at auction but no battery so I may pick up a sweeper for it and the battery.

It looks to be the same 4AH battery that comes with the mower. (The mower comes with a 2AH and 4AH).

The 4 lasts for about 30 minutes on the mower.

The Blower/Vac with the 4AH battery is a good deal considering how hard it is to find the battery alone for less than $120

I have some of their older 40V system and then they changed battery and now none of my batteries work with new items and new batteries don't work with my older tools.

So that is why I am done with Greenworks.

Not that they are a bad product. That is just bad what they did to the consumer that started to buy into their system. Who knows when they are going to change it again.

I have the 40v trimmer and 80v snowblower. They're both great and would recommend to anyone with a small to medium working area.

I have 18v Ryobi and it seems to work fine.

I forgot is Volt more important than amp?

In my personal experience, this company does not stand behind their warranty, even within 30 days of purchase. Endless runaround sending me a small part (which I had to wait a few wks for since it was OOS), sent me to their mechanic an hour away, then wouldn't send a new unit or refund when their mechanic couldn't fix the POS. Ended up wasting over $100 for an item that only worked once + wasting 8 hours on their runaround.
