The Razer Blade Stealth is $999 for base model:
  • i7-6500U
  • 8GB ram 1866mHz
  • 2560x1440 QHD 12.5, 16:9; upgradable to 4K
  • 128GB m.2 ePCI upgradeable to 256GB or 512GB (with 4K screen)
  • Thunderbolt 3

For a limited time (5/15):
Spend US$89 and receive a Razer Blade Stealth Paper Notebook - Use M16NBUS
Spend US$249 and receive a Razer Adaro Wireless - Use M16AWUS
Neoprene sleeve
$100 razer credit

I saw the macbook air 13 inch for $1000 on frontpage and the stealth is a much better deal in my opinion. Also, with the launch of Razer Core, this computer can use desktop GPU's to "future proof" yourself.

Edit: For all those asking, the Razer Core is not included, but you could get it for a discount if you purchase this. I am only comparing the macbook air 13 with razer blade stealth since the price is the same, but much better components on the stealth.

Edit2: Students receive 5% discount.

Can all laptops with USB-C take external graphics card? I have the XPS15. This sounds sweet.

I believe only Razer is able to use the system for now, other manufacturers need to implement the programs to use the Razer Core.

Here is a really good video about it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RsxhcTs0zJ8

USBC is largely just a USB plug shape. It depends on the manufacturer on what else is implemented.

There's no confirmation yet on whether the external gpu will be compatible with other laptops with thunderbolt 3, but if so i also believe that your laptop's bios will also need to support the external gpu but i may be wrong. I also have the same laptop and it would be cool to use a desktop graphics card on it but the 300-400 price tag is a little high for me.

Doesn't this say optional thunderbolt 3 - so it isn't included at the 999 price? That's how I read it anyway and the thunderbolt 3 is another 500 + video card. It read like it was included from the title.
No the thunderbolt 3 is standard. It's like the macbook 12 inch, where it uses the thunderbolt 3 to charge? but the Razer core is expensive, but it does help

Umm, I think the thunderbolt 3 is a port? The $500 + video card is for the "Razer Core" which can house any desktop graphics card and connects via the Thunderbolt 3 port to the laptop. That way, the system can utilize the CPU from the notebook and the GPU from the external unit.

This is regular price and plus the offers exclude razer systems so I don't believe they're applicable.

I need something from Razer in a 17" version with 4K screen. I am tired of the usual Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc crap build quality.
