I think this is a better deal than buying refurb for $249. Also refurbished comes with a 0.5 A charger.

I have an LG G2 that is starting to run it's course in the circle of life, so I'm looking to upgrade. Is this a good upgrade? Meaning, will this phone last a couple years without fear of running like garbage or should I just pony up the $$ and get a newer model?

Hexa-core with 3GB of RAM, Adreno 418 Graphics, 3000mah battery and just about every band you can think of. Should last you years of use.

Only issue would be updates.
But as far as specs, better than the Nexus 5x, but not quite as nice as the Nexus 6p.

Personally, I am waiting for it to hit $250 before I bite.

great phone.. horrid battery life. had it about a month and a half on T-mobile. I do not regret it at the price I paid, but you will not get a solid day with the screen on, certainly not watching video. I use it with the screen on just surfing the web at home on wifi, medium brightness and loose 5 percent charge in around 10-15 minutes.

the price on the 32gb is pretty much the standard price now, as amazon drops it this low all the time now. A better deal awaits, especially after all the news regarding the lawsuit against motorola not living up to promises on warranty. Knocking on wood that none i never need warranty service, however there are many that get back phones after weeks, sometimes months, and don't even get back moto x pure phones. .they get older phones as their warranty replacements.

Good phone, but I think I'll wait for OnePlus 3. Snapdragon 820 seems to be significantly stronger than any of its predecessors.

I'm in the exact same boat and have been eyeing this phone for months now. It does not have wireless charging built-in like the LG G2 does. Some people don't care about that, but I use it extensively.

I've also been considering the LG G4 (no wireless charging either); it's been under $300 lately. Maybe check that one out too...

You can swap a sticker inside the back of g4 to get wireless charging on G4. Did that on my wife's g3 and about to do that on g4
