I'd like a pair of nice small speakers for my office, but I want wall mount... these have a huge port on the back so that's a bummer.

you could add an offset wall mount to these quite cheaply. search Monoprice.com or amazon for them.

What's your budget and music tastes? I personally don't like these speakers for music. Great for HT though and these are surrounds from updated ICON series I believe.

Usually I'd recommend a 5 1/4" woofer for any small stereo setup, but if size is the primary concern, these surrounds by Wharfedale's could fit the bill. They won't put out much bass, but if they sound anything like their older and bigger Diamonds, they will be better for music than those Klipsch IMO.

I paid 150 for this pair at Amazon and love them. I researched this topic to death and was so sick of bookshelf speakers. These are perfect for my usage and I haven't regretted buying them once.

I use them as PC speakers with a small amp(Audioengine N22).

I'm using an rti4 pair for my desktop speakers with soon F12 as a sub. Anyone know how these sound in comparison? Boomy/bright, good for music or movies? Or overall good?

Edit: Nevermind, the question was answered above. i guess no point in spending $100 for possibly no noticeable difference.

Anyone have a code they can pass along to me?

I was going to get the BIC America DV62si for $120.00

http://www.amazon.com/BIC-America...c+speakers

anyone know which is better?
Anyone else recommend something in the $80-$120 range?

Its going to be a gift for someone who likes Jazz Music.
She just got a turntable and a simple amp, and now she needs some nice speakers.

THanks
