For the love of god don't use this for gaming, 25ms is very noticable when controlling a character.

I doubt this would be used for gaming maybe just office or personal use. Decent deal if you want new cause acer has some scratch and dent 23inch for $60 and up. Was able to get an IPS which came with jus light bezel scratches for $49.99

http://acerrecertified.com/catego...0_0_0.html that's the link. There's a 14 day return policy and I used it already to return a non IPS one which was $3 higher than the IPS ?. The shipping took about 9 business days. Some have reported getting one dead pixel or a slight scratch on the screen but again this is scratch and dent so use the return Policy ASAP if you get something you don't like.

Previous SlickDealI found was $79.99 from Dell last October. Only got a +2 vote and the only informative post bemoans that this has VGA-only.

I am not one of the HDMI-police that down-rates everything without HDMI -- but that's because I know that DVI and DisplayPort are both good alternatives (and actually better than HDMI in some cases.) For a basic monitor with no audio, I'd be fine if it just had DVI. However, this monitor has none-of-the-above, and unfortunately that really does limit its usefulness.

Also agree. No digital input and VGA input only makes this deal not very slick even for a 1080p led.

And yeah that response time is a joke. I feel like most monitors I see for sale new that are not 120 or 144hz still sport a 5-8ms response time.

Would this work with a MacBook pro? And is it good enough to edit photos?
