did we figure out how to ensure these are covered by DJ's warranty?

some discussions on the difference between the advance vs pro models. there seems to be a difference in the lightbridge capabilities between the 2 models.

Good point. I never mention that third difference between the two models because I dont think most get that HDMI out port and use it for an FPV setup. The googles are expensive and I think a lot of people dont even realize its an option.

Also, it looks like the camera and gimbal can be swapped giving the Advanced the Pro features if a Pro camera/gimbal is installed on an Advanced.

Good deal. I own this quad and it's fun to fly. Lightbridge is more reliable and comfortable to fly with. Used to own the p3 standard and was limited with WiFi. Much better to go with the advanced. Films in 2.7k too

does that fact that the advanced uses 2mb video mean that it has longer range? since rc/video feed shares the data bandwidth?

yeah i initially ordered an open box and went to the store for pick up. But they didnt have it, so manager just gave me brand new for the same price this morning.

Edit: I checked the condition description online. It said Status: complete open box new. This meams it has all the original accessories. If it really does then it is likely brand new with damaged box. If not I could complain why it isnt complete and ask for replacement(brand new since it isnt really complete. So I went expecting one or the other. As I was trying to open the box to examine, I noticed it was brand new. Manager said they did not have an openbox so he is just giving me a brand new one. It rang up 699 but the manager adjusted the price so I got it for 623.

FYI if the item condition say incomplete, as-is then do not expect such and avoid it like plague.
