If you look at the order history, it looks like they charged $19 for the product and $10 for the gift card. And you can't cancel just the gift card. Their accounting is messed up but it still comes to $29. The person who posted they got it lower is confused by how they split the price.

You are correct. If you look at the order history for the Gift Card, you'll find you were charged for it, so they took it off the Norton order.

Do the other keys expire or can you use them consecutively ie. Use 1 key every year on the same device/computer?

It took me a while to figure, but $29.53 includes $19.53 (cost of Norton software) + $10 ( Amazon gift card).

What they show here
Item(s) Subtotal: $27.99
Shipping & Handling: $0.00
Norton Promotion: -$10.00
Bundle Discount: -$0.03
-----
Total before tax: $17.96
Estimated tax to be collected: $1.48
Rewards Points: -$19.44

is cost of the card (Norton Promotion: -$10.00). Another way to say it - Yes you pay $29.53, but you get $10 card for free. Hope I didn't confuse you morelaugh out loud
And, BTW, gift card purchase shown in your account as separate order.
